Microchipping can identify your dog or cat if they get lost. It also gives you some peace of mind!
Microchipping can easily be done during surgery.
Book your microchipping at the same time as you book surgery.
We are a drop-off centre for recycled bottles. Our volunteers clean and sort the bottles to help the shelter or rescue of the month.
Please drop off your returnable bottles behind the fence.
Medications - please let us know of any medications that your pet is taking, including supplements and CBD oil.
Medications and supplements may have an interaction with the anesthetic and pain medication that your pet will receive in the clinic.
It is much safer for the health and recovery of your pet if we know what your pet is taking before surgery.
We ask all of our patients to be dropped off between 7:00 - 9:00 am the morning of surgery.
Follow our roundabout behind the clinic and please remain in your car with your pet. Our staff will come to your car and help guide you through the process.
Pick up time varies from 11-5pm. Recovery times can be longer if your pet is on other medications.
Your pets will be well taken care of!
All surgeries run the risk of complications.
We commonly see a few complications with spay/neuter surgeries including pregnancy, illness, hernias and cryptorchidism.
If we find any complications with your pet, we will contact you immediately about options. Please leave a number where you can easily be reached.
Fleas. For the safety of all of our animals, if we find fleas on your pet we will treat them and then put them in isolation for a few hours. Since mornings are very busy, we will contact you later in the day about fleas and any added expenses that this may incur.
