Pre-Operative Exercise Program for Dogs

Just like us, dogs need to regain muscle strength after surgery

These exercises are most important for female dogs, but are also recommended for male dogs.  If you can get a cat to do them, send us your photos!

Doing these exercises for a few weeks before surgery can help your pet after surgery.  It's sometimes hard to teach new tricks to a post-op patient, so if they are already familiar with the program you will be one step ahead!

Continue with these exercises after surgery to help regain core muscle control.
